OMG
Made a red wine sauce with a Chateau Margot 1900................
Take it from me it's nicer drunk than made into a sauce.
The bleeding bottle costs 2500 euro's

Debone a farm grown chicken salt pepper from the mill. Sprinkle with smoked tabasco and olive oil.
Roll in aluminium foil into a large rocco sigfreddi like sausage.
Cook 30mins at 200°c then 1h30 at 150°c.
Meanwhile cook a finely chopped shalot in olive oil, add 400g of wild mushrooms( cepes) Brown add 15cl of brandy reduce add 40cl of veal stock reduce and then add the juice inside the aluminium foil.
Salt pepper add 4 finely chopped basile leaves and add 50g of butter and 10cl of olive oil.
Cut the chicken into thick slices and add pour over yer lovely sauce.
Enjoy and try telling me that your foul mac donald like eating habit's are better!!!!!

yea been doing that....
I have asparagus and carrot all rollled up and seasoned w salt, honey and pepper.
Boil for 20mins.
Remove the wrapping and put in oven to brown the skin.
man! thats solid!
